Wallets with a track record of early calls, and wallets linked to a dev. Sniper bots are left out.
How it is counted
Smart: at least 3 priced early entries and a smoothed 2x+ rate of 30% or more within 30 minutes of launch.
Insider: received tokens in a dev's own transaction, or straight from the dev. Buys come from the first
30 minutes of every launch (priced from the chain) and from live trades after that. "Holding" uses balance
checks and live sells; "Since" is the latest on-chain price over the first smart wallet's entry price.

Wallets
Smart wallets call launches early and often; insiders are linked to a dev.
How they are scored
Skill: the share of a wallet's priced early entries (first buy within 10 minutes of launch) that reached 2x
within 30 minutes, pulled towards the network average so a wallet with few entries is not overrated.
Smart: at least 3 such entries and a skill of 30% or more. Holds: the share still held at the last balance
check. Flips: entries mostly sold within 30 minutes. Insider score: evidence of a link to a dev, such as
receiving tokens in the dev's own transaction. Scam: entries that keep ending in rugs (the token later trades
at 30% or less of the wallet's entry) far more often than chance; they are hidden everywhere and never followed.

Why
Launches
Every new token on every launchpad, with how much of it the dev's circle took at launch.
What the columns mean
Dev bundle: wallets that received tokens in the dev's own transaction, and their share of the supply.
Insiders hold: dev-bundle and off-market wallets, plus early buys of wallets confirmed as insiders.
Snipers: other wallets that bought within 15 seconds. Smart: wallets with a track record that bought it.
Sniper bots are counted apart and left out of every other column.
